What you can expect from your private lesson
Private yoga lessons are tailored to you and your needs. Before we meet, we’ll discuss your goals for practice and any health or lifestyle issues that limit your movement or affect your energy and overall sense of well-being. Based on this initial consultation, I’ll develop a practice specifically for you. Practices may include a mix of asana (physical poses), pranayama (breath work), chanting, aromatherapy, yoga philosophy and Reiki energy work.

Students who typically choose to work privately, either one-on-one or in small groups:
• Those who want to begin a personalized home practice.
• Those new to yoga.
• Those who have an injury or health issues that requires more focused movement and attention.
• Groups of friends, neighbors, party hosts, and others who want a private class for more than one student.
• Students who want to deepen their practice in specific areas such as certain types of poses, breathwork or yoga philosophy.
